SKF-ball bearing quality inspection machine

Need to see the ball bearing quality after 20lakhs turns. This machine can be used to turn the handle bar right and left continuously for 20lakhs times. SKF will place their ball bearing inside the handle bar. Once completed the 20 lakhs cycle turns, they will remove the ball bearing and do their inspection like material quality changed or not or any damage happened. If it passed the expected result they will get certified.

Voltage to current converter device – Champ box - CATERPILLAR

• Need to convert the input voltage into current.

• Input voltage is sinusoidal 50hz voltage. (amplitude they can vary from 0.1v to 5v rms)

• There was totally 12channels in that device (voltage to current converter)

• There is one voltage follower in that device (three channels)

• They will change the input signal amplitude and also they will give dc offset, but the output should not be dc offset .

• The waveform are given in next slide.

SINGLE CELL BMS SYSTEM

This project involves the design and development of a Battery Management System (BMS) tailored for a single-cell LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery. The system is intended to monitor the charge, discharge, and temperature of the battery in real time, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
